- Supervised the tracking of expenditures done by the different areas of the Channel and checked that all purchasing processes were duly carried out for quality and compliance purposes.

International Cooperation Project Officer - Ministry of Finance and Public Credit

- Liaison coordinator for the international affairs agenda of the National Public Procurement System Unit of the Ministry.
- Responsible for negotiating and materializing inter-institutional agreements with Ministries, Embassies, Agencies and International Organizations in order to implement international technical cooperation projects.
- Negotiated and agreed on the terms for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government Digital Service (GDS) of the United Kingdom to carry out four improvement projects for the digitalization of the National Public Procurement System.

I used to have very high standards, being overly demanding and too hard on myself. I realized I rejected the idea of feeling weak and avoided having negative feelings at all costs.
I wasn’t clear about how I felt but I knew I was not OK.
Until I took valor and decided to attend therapy. And it was then that I began to heal.
By unlearning...
- Distracting from hard feelings instead of processing them.
- Seeking external validation over self-assurance.
- Making myself smaller to fin into social situations.
- Ignoring my own boundaries to please other people.
- Believing my self-worth depends on my productivity.
-Sacrificing my voice/beliefs to avoid conflict.
I still struggle with heavy thoughts which make me anxious. But instead of relying on toxic positivity and default behavior, I am working on true validation and parenting hope.
